What we process and why
Event enquiries: your name, contact and event details, so we can reply and prepare the event (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Enquiries are stored in Google Sheets and deleted automatically after 2 years.
Newsletter: your e-mail address, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), sent via Ecomail.cz. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Reservations are made through Google; the loyalty card runs on the Kilo Mayo system; the controller of loyalty programme data is Once Upon a Time s.r.o..
Visiting the site: your IP address reaches our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) and the services the page loads content from – the map (Mapbox) and the notice table (Google) (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Fonts are hosted by us.
Cookies
No analytics or advertising cookies. We only store your language choice (i18n_redirected) and whether you closed the notice bar (for the current session).
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing or withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@bylonebylo.bar. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
