This is us! Martin and Eliška. Together, we're the people behind our cocktail bar, Bylo, nebylo.

We create cocktails you won't find anywhere else. That's why we spend so much time discovering new flavours – both at home and on our travels.

You can explore more than 350 spirits from all around the world.

We create cocktails that excite us, which is why we make most of our ingredients ourselves. It gives us the freedom to create flavour combinations you won't find anywhere else.

Made from scratch

What we make ourselves

Whatever we can, we make ourselves. That lets us mix combinations you will not find anywhere else.

Infusions

Coconut vodka for the Hubba Bubba Gimlet, cocoa-nib Marsala for the Mafia Boulevardier, olive-oil whisky for the Pastel de nata.

Syrups and sodas

Pepper syrup and lemongrass soda for the Paprika Lowball. Vanilla, roasted barley and star anise for the Cream Soda Highball.

Alcohol-free, not boring

Six alcohol-free cocktails, not just lemonades. Cold brew with raspberry, gentian with vetiver, alcohol-free bubbles with grapefruit.

Over 350 bottles
